This page introduces Mālama Learning Center’s plant nurseries at Pālehua and Kapolei High School. Together, the nurseries grow an average of approximately 50 plant species at a time. Staff and volunteers collect seeds from dryland-forest plants and propagate them for restoration sites, green firebreaks, schools, and community distribution.
